I was looking at just topical clotrimazole cream and then I saw this product. This has the regular FDA approved clotrimazole agent with added homeopathic ingredients. Some of those have are actually commonly used, like Zinc that has anti-inflammatory properties and has been used for diaper rashes. Silver oxide is anti-bacterial and beeswax is naturally anti-fungal. I can't prove that all of those ingredients are actually effective but the ultimately product cleared up my son's Tinea Versicolor in few days. That's amazing because typically fungi infections are stubborn and take a long time to heal. My only concern about this product is that with addition of all of the botanicals especially Tea Tree Oil - there is a good potential for contact dermatitis.
