The adapters are placed in one continuous plastic bag which are labeled with their corresponding identifying letters. The first one was open and rolling around the packaging which was not the aqua colored box shown on the ad. I had just purchased this for myself and it was correctly packaged with all adapters sealed properly. Unfortunately, this was SUPPOSED to be a gift. I'm very disappointed. Though I know it's a good product, it wasn't able to be presented as a gift.
