What shade is best for a natural look as I am in my 50”s

I am in my 60's. I got shade 12 and love it! You can make the shade as subtle or as strong as you like depending on the pressure you use when applying. Shade 12 is a lovely pale gold, pale pink and cream. I will also be trying the smoky grey on my next order. I worried about the shimmer at my age but it's not a crazy in your face shimmer...good luck!
