Although pricey I find this actually helps with constipation if you take weight loss shots weekly like I do and need a little help keeping things moving. I put a tablespoon a day in a 40oz water tumbler and stir it with an electric milk frother. The water is clear as a bell, no taste, no grit, no nothing but water.

This fiber is absolutely undetectable by my autistic child. Fiber supplementation is necessary due to limited accepted foods. This kid is very sensitive to changes in flavor and texture. This fiber is truly colorless, flavorless, odorless, and without texture. Since I’m a frugal gal, I tried some other brands with similar ingredients to see how they compare. Some were truly undetectable but caused gastrointestinal distress. I tried to find a less expensive alternative but this is the king of fiber powders. Plus the company is local, happy bonus!

I’ve used this for years, and suddenly the price jumped up to about $70 for the large bag! Why? This is not complicated stuff to make. I am just finishing a late jar of a less expensive fiber suppliment that does not dissolve completely, is VERY tricky to mix in cold drinks, and is slimy. Ugh. THIS stuff is so GOOD. It dissolves very quickly and tends to stay in suspension, and it does not clump in cold drinks etc., and has ZERO taste or texture. I use a heavy dose too, and it still performs great. It IS Simply Better! The price came down a little for a subscription so I started it again. The large bag lasts me about three months, so it isn’t much per day after all… STILL too expensive though…

This is the first powder supplement I have ever used that DOES completely dissolve with no gritty film. There is ZERO flavor as claimed. I put it in my morning coffee and you'd never know it was in the cup. As far as the results go, this pre-biotic started working the first time I tried it, and my bloated feeling is getting better each day. Word of warning though: be sure to use the bathroom after you consume it if you have to be away from a toilet for an extended amount of time because...yeah--it works that fast (I'll let you do the math on that one).

Love this product. I really don’t want to spread the word. But this product is great, it does the job for fiber, absolutely no taste. I put in my morning coffee and you can’t tell it’s there!. My only wish is that it came in bigger bags. But I can just order 2 at a time, I guess.

I started using this about two years ago. My goal was to add a little extra daily fiber. It’s a great product. It dissolves easily in my coffee, with no taste. It is not grainy like other brands, being easy to use in its powder form. This will be a repeat purchase.

I've done extensive research into non-digestive maltodextrin and all the potential health benefits with possible side effects. Let me start out as to the why I was looking to supplement my diet with this. I needed more fiber and active gut health pre/probiotics in my supplements for my daily routine for one benefit of weight loss among others.. Also, I wanted to help control my glucose and Ghrelin (hunger hormone) levels - non-digestive maltodextrin does this. I also wanted to keep my triglycerides in check again research states this type of supplement does that. I also required; non-gmo, sourced (if possible in the USA), Keto, no taste, no sugar and easily desolved. This product "just better." fit the bill. My problem with this product is the cost vs. serving sizes. If you're using it for weight loss than it states in the serving suggestions - 1 - 2 Tablespoons three times a day, for "tummy troubles" 1-2 Tablespoons per day. I'm looking to use this for weight loss and health benefits at 1-2 Tablespoons 3 times a day this will last at maximum two weeks. This is $35.98 per month! With every single thing costing a lot more these days I can't afford almost $40 month extra on top of my doctor mandated expensive vitamins and eating healthy. Its my fault for not looking at the picture more closely and not relating Tablespoon to ounce to package quantity, but its still expensive for what you get. Plus, either you need to order this every two weeks or buy two each month. Unfortunately, in every other way this product was ideal for me, although I can't attest to IF this particular product works since I haven't used it for more than two weeks (I can't afford it) but, I'll have to look for something cheaper and a full months supply.
