No bells and whistles on this, but lets be honest, it doesn't need them. It is long enough that I could wrap it around my trunk rack a couple of times and still get the fat end into my trunk. The trunk closes just fine and traps it in there. Of course it's not fool-proof, but I feel much better leaving my bike rack on my car knowing that crooks would have to cut through this in order to get it off. Good product and it arrived in the time frame promised. I have no complaints.
