Peonie Support
Out of the bag I was impressed by the quality, these are more durable than I expected. The green should blend in as my plants grow. I set these up to keep my large peonies from falling over and these were the only stand big enough. They were easy to assemble. So far they are growing right through and seem like they will keep the flowers off the ground.

I have the whimpy Chinese ones; now I have the American made really good ones
Just got them and haven't set them up yet but just the weight alone tells me they are so much better than the old ones I bought before from China. Those work but are very weak and wobbly. These feel like they will stand up to healthy big plants much better. Pay a bit more and buy something made well in the USA that will last and do the job better than anything China can make. Most of my things made in China (because that's all there was) are long ago in the dump wasting away. I would rather pay more and buy something better. These are the sorts of things that will stay outside a long time so having them be sturdy is a good idea. Once you have them where you want them there's no reason to take them down. Cheaper in the long run, and less hassle.

Surprisingly Durable...
I purchased the set of 5 with double rings. Assembly is a little challenging until you get the knack of it. The first one left me frustratied and feeling like I needed an extra set of hands. Subsequent ones were a little easier, but still time consuming to set up. Getting all legs and rings lined up and into the ground is like playing a game of whack-a-mole. Upon assembling them & trying to place them in the ground, they seemed incredibly flimsy & rickety. I wondered how exactly these could ever support my three giant peony shrubs. But, since my peonies had already emerged from the ground and were getting taller by the day, I decided I had to get these in place asap. Well, my high peonies shrubs grew through the hoops with little guidance required. My shrubs are about 22" to 24" in diameter and between waist and chest high. For years, once they get their flower heads and it rains, they spend the rest of the Summer and Fall flopped over onto the ground. As I said, these seemed pretty flimsy so I wasn't expecting much, but even with a few intense rain and high wind storms, they did not topple over. They've stayed in place even once the two dozen, heavy, large flowers on each plant had fully bloomed and were pummled by rain & wind. I just dead-headed my peonies yesterday and marveled how these have not budged from their original position and are still holding my plants completely upright. They did not twist or collapse as I was expecting, so I am pleased with my purchase. They key seems to be to definitely insert them deeply into the ground. Even then, they seem wobbly, but unless you stick a good 9" or more of the legs into the ground, I doubt they'd remain stable. These are working for me so no complaints, but I'd hate to have to go through set up a second time. Also, because they are a bit flimsy, I'm not confident that they would withstand being pulled up and later being reinserted into the ground for a second time. Therefore, come Fall, I'll be very carefully cutting down my peonies while trying to leave these support rings in place and undisturbed. So far they've worked well, but for the price charged they most definitely should be made with better quality, and easier to use.

Sturdy, well made cage for peonies and other tall multi stem plants.
These are well made, sturdy, solid. I bought for my peonies but you can use for any plants like bulbs (glads, irises ) that are tall and sometimes fall over.

Flimsy but they do the job
If you can get them to go into the ground without bending they do the job. If there’s any rocks in the ground, they’re going to bend. The green coating also comes off when using a rubber mallet. That’s not a huge deal for me, but my ground is clay definitely not soft enough just to push them in by hand. Nonetheless, I’ve bought them several times, because I haven’t found anything sturdier and I don’t feel like going through the effort to use twine and stakes for all of my peonies.

for peone etc.. a bit short
when buying remember that you push the legs in several inches so that leaves the legs a bit short .. we have similar ones that are taller and the legs are sturdier ( thicker ) .. we simply added a stake to center to support cage .
