Made in the USA with lead-free materials, this 24-count set is perfect for on-the-go professionals seeking reliable, hygienic first aid solutions. Trusted for quick, mess-free cold relief anytime, anywhere. ## Description Compact & Child-Friendly Size With this value bundle, you are not just investing in a first aid kit; you are investing in your peace of mind. Each cold pack comes in a size of 4x5-inch which makes it ideal for soothing pain in smaller parts of the body like the knees, elbows, and jaws. The size is also child-friendly and makes it easy for small hands to hold, reshape and keep in place. These compact-sized packs are also ideal for traveling. Long-Lasting Cooling Effect Cold therapy is a critical first aid response for a variety of emergencies like twisted ankles, minor burns, and bites. It also offers fast relief from joint pain and lower back discomfort, headaches, and more. Our ice packs are made to give you a cooling effect for a considerable amount of time. You don't have to refill it with ice or put it in the chiller — the cold may last up to 15 minutes. Review: Great cold packs for baseball season! - These packs are awesome! These have come in handy so many times this baseball season for my kids' team and the opposing teams. I keep these in my first aid kit that accompanies me to ALL of my boys' baseball games and practices. They are the perfect size for an eye, elbow, knee, etc... They are a little hard to activate, and I like that because I put them in my boys' baseball bags (in case I am not around with the first aid kit) and if they were too easy to activate they would all be used up before you actually meant to use them. (DUH!) True they don't stay cold very long, but they will stay cold long enough to keep swelling down until you can reassess the injury. If you are like me, you will have more with you so you can pop open another and throw it on the injury, then reassess when it is no longer cool. I highly recommend these for all sports parents. Review: Good Product! - I was apprehensive about this product because of some negative reviews about the difficulty in activating the packets and, I did have a little trouble with the first couple of packets but once I got the hang of it... no problem! They're a great, short term cold pack. My only real complaint is that they stay cold for a pretty short time but, at least you have something to use until you can get to the frozen peas! :-) ## Features - PORTABLE CONVENIENCE: The disposable, lightweight, and compact 4" x 5" design fits easily into bags, purses, backpacks, vehicles or first aid kits for quick access anytime. Perfect for travel, sports, school, outdoors, and everyday on-the-go needs. - VERSATILE RELIEF: Our instant cold packs deliver soothing comfort to help reduce swelling from minor sprains, strains, and everyday bumps. They are also effective in reducing fevers and providing relief for headaches, toothaches, minor burns, and insect bites. - CONFORMABLE DESIGN: The flexible packaging lets the cold pack mold to body contours around the face, arms, legs, and more for targeted relief with no freezer needed. Enjoy comfortable cooling as the pack wraps to curved surfaces. - EASY TO USE: Squeeze or fold the sealed pack firmly until you hear a pop. Shake well for 30 seconds to activate. Wrap in a cloth or towel then test temperature before applying to skin. Place wrapped pack on desired area and discard after use. - RELIEF OPTIONS: View the Dynarex line of instant hot, cold, perineal, and non-toxic cold packs ensuring reliable relief for home, school, or workplace needs. Instant cold packs are available in bulk, individually wrapped packs - ideal for stocking first aid kits. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 1,057 Reviews | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** All - **Brand:** Dynarex - **Number of Items:** 1 - **Special Feature:** Adjustable, Disposable ounce, Reus - **Unit Count:** 1 Count ## Images ![Dynarex Instant Cold Packs - Disposable Cold Compress for First Aid - Portable and Conforms to Body Contours - Quick Activation - 4" x 5" - 24 Count - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/613tHgXAspL.jpg) ![Dynarex Instant Cold Packs - Disposable Cold Compress for First Aid - Portable and Conforms to Body Contours - Quick Activation - 4" x 5" - 24 Count - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61lueXhEREL.jpg) ![Dynarex Instant Cold Packs - Disposable Cold Compress for First Aid - Portable and Conforms to Body Contours - Quick Activation - 4" x 5" - 24 Count - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61YVg--f4gL.jpg) ![Dynarex Instant Cold Packs - Disposable Cold Compress for First Aid - Portable and Conforms to Body Contours - Quick Activation - 4" x 5" - 24 Count - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/716xX5R1D7L.jpg) ![Dynarex Instant Cold Packs - Disposable Cold Compress for First Aid - Portable and Conforms to Body Contours - Quick Activation - 4" x 5" - 24 Count - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/717RxQAMMML.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cold packs for baseball season! *by K***E on June 14, 2013* These packs are awesome! They're a great, short term cold pack. My only real complaint is that they stay cold for a pretty short time but, at least you have something to use until you can get to the frozen peas! :-) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for my needs *by M***N on December 3, 2014* I work with children and we use these when ever a child bumps their head, or has an injury that could swell and require ice. They work well for us because we don't use them to ice a whole limb, just an area. The size is good for that and they last about 10 minutes, maybe a little longer. That's also great for us because children have one of two reactions. They lose track of it and put it down, not needing it for longer than two minutes. Or they keep it on their boo boo for two hours, which if it stayed cold would be dangerous. I definitely recommend these. ## Frequently Bought Together - Dynarex Disposable Ice Packs for Injuries - Instant Cold Packs, First Aid, Swelling, Sprains & Pain, Single Use Cold Compress Packs, 4" x 5", 24-Pack - Globe (144 Pack) Triple Antibiotic Ointment 0.9g Single Packet, First Aid Kit for Minor Scratches, Wounds, Cuts and Burns, Prevents Infection Active Ingredients Compare to Leading Brand, Travel Size - Amazon Basic Care Ibuprofen Tablets, 200 mg, Pain Reliever and Fever Reducer, For Headache, Muscular Aches, Arthritis, Backache and More, 100 Count (Pack of 1) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/93744568-dynarex-instant-cold-packs-disposable-cold-compress-for-first-aid](https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/93744568-dynarex-instant-cold-packs-disposable-cold-compress-for-first-aid) --- *Product available on Desertcart Saudi Arabia* *Store origin: SA* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
