Would this work for that?** A: No it won’t. My Blu-ray player does not work when it is passed through this splitter. Therefore I doubt that your DVD player would work but I can’t be 100% sure; it may depend on the make and model of the player. Besides, even if the DVD player worked right the sound would not be passed to the sound bar since only one of the devices hooked to this splitter can work at a time. **Q: Are the ports compatible with hdmi arc ports?** A: This focuses on the visuals aspect so it does not have an HDMI ARC labeled slot and it is not mentioned in the manual. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple and works perfectly for 4K *by on Reviewed in the United States July 25, 2026* This GANA HDMI Switch (4K@60Hz bidirectional aluminum switcher) has been a great addition to my setup.
