How does it do on pocket knifes?

Honestly, I’m waiting for a flaw. I’ve done every knife, pocket knife, beat-to-hell ‘chopping bones’ knife I have . Even scissors, and the little thing seems to do really well. Sharpened a few TOTALLY dull garbage knives. Used them a few times and ran them through again, just to ‘feel’ the damage. Thought it was ruined. Knives were still sharp. I have a few high end pocket knives and a few slides through followed by a few swipes of the ceramic rod and they’re solid.

will this unit work well with Delstrong Omega knives w/8-12 degree blade angle, or is that too slight compared to 15-20 degrees as shown/described?

The Brod and Taylor sharpener has a minimum 12 degree angle. See my review, it works extremely well. https://www.amazon.com/Brod-Taylor-Professional-Sharpener-Stainless/dp/B00N993NM6/ref=pd_bxgy_79_2/131-8175907-5746605?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00N993NM6&pd_rd_r=1421fefb-b22b-4c41-96e5-6d0c5c56ee3b&pd_rd_w=jdNXT&pd_rd_wg=dE2wa&pf_rd_p=09627863-9889-4290-b90a-5e9f86682449&pf_rd_r=3A2H4H1VMXASCHPZ9XRD&psc=1&refRID=3A2H4H1VMXASCHPZ9XRD

Will the sharpening blades fell off when using ? I found some reviews of other brands that the blade will fall out. Not sure how will it be for this b

Hi,friend. This knife sharpener of Ehoyal brand have improved this issue on December 1, 2018. Please rest assured to purchase. If you have any questions about our products, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Will this sharpen both 20° and 15° edges?

I have used it to sharpen both. It automatically adjusts from 12-20. Just don’t apply a lot of pressure to the sharpening blades or you can damage the bands.
