Its split-beam mechanism allows for fingertip torque adjustments without pre-use calibration, ensuring reliable accuracy and durability in demanding environments. Rated 4.8 stars from over 1,400 users, this silver-finished mechanical wrench is engineered for professionals who demand precision and ease in every turn. ## Description Setting the tool requires only fingertip force since the adjustment mechanism is not under load. There is no need to 'work in' a C series torque wrench before using it the first time. Split-Beam Click Wrenches overcome many of the problems associated with micrometer-style clock wrenches in abusive environments. ## Features - The length also provides the needed reach for those-hard-to-get-at places. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B002XMSFIM | | Best Sellers Rank | #71,211 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #128 in Torque Wrenches | | Brand Name | Precision Instruments | | Color | Silver | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars (1,449) | | End Style | Socket End | | Finish Types | Metal | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00971473169429 | | Head Style | Flex | | Included Components | torque^ wrench | | Item Length | 25.5 inches | | Item Weight | 4.5 pounds | | Jaw Capacity | 0.5 inches | | Manufacturer | Precision Instruments | | Manufacturer Part Number | PREC3FR250F | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Repair only up to 1 yr | | Material Type | Silver | | Measurement Standard | SAE (Inch) | | Model Number | PREC3FR250F | | Number of Items | 1 | | Operation Mode | Mechanical | | Package Quantity | 1 | | UPC | 014444922668 971473169429 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Wrench Length Style | Flex-Head | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Precision Instruments - **Color:** Silver - **Item Length:** 25.5 inches - **Item Weight:** 4.5 pounds - **Material:** Silver ## Images ![PREC3FR250F Silver 1/2" Drive Split Beam Torque Wrench with Flex Head - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/417WK4zrzDL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: is this a fixed head or ratchet head if so can the ratchet be reversed** A: Man, there is a LOT of erroneous and bad information in these answers. This wrench happens to be a forward only ratcheting torque wrench. Whoever says you don’t need to torque in reverse must have never done multi step torquing with verification torques in reverse. There are MANY ratcheting torque wrenches, even split beams, that have reverse. My 3/8” and 1/2” Snap-On’s both do. Look them up if you don’t believe me. Snap-On Tqfr250 And Tqfr100A. A&S’s Dad’s come t is absolutely correct. Also, if your wrench is made to reverse, you can use it in reverse without it needing re-calibrated. We get ours re-calibrated annually at work in accordance with equipment and automotive standards. **Q: 15 to 150 ft lbs i don't see anything in this range...?** A: The display has a range from 20-250 lbs. I do not know how to send you a photo. You can see this link https://detail.1688.com/pic/529475661715.html?spm=a261y.7663282.1998411378.1.78d5306eyDjbY3 **Q: Does it measure degrees for tty bolts?** A: No. It's a good reliable mechanical wrench, not a Snap-on TechAngle model. Get yourself a head bolt angle gauge, use it properly, and save a lot of money. **Q: Does it come with a case** A: Yes, it had a black plastic case when I received it. If you need, I can email you the photos. ## Frequently Bought Together - Precision Instruments PREC3FR250F Silver 1/2" Drive Split Beam Torque Wrench with Flex Head - Precision Instruments PREC2FR100F Wrench (3/8" Dr. Split Beam Torque w/Flex Head (20-100 Ft./Lbs)) - Precision Instruments PRE-C2FR50F 3/8 Drive Split-beam Flex Ratchet Click Wrench, 10-50 Ft.lbs. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/912703-prec3fr250f-silver-1-2-drive-split-beam-torque-wrench-flex](https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/912703-prec3fr250f-silver-1-2-drive-split-beam-torque-wrench-flex) --- *Product available on Desertcart Saudi Arabia* *Store origin: SA* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
