Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) stains have been used for century for recognizing various tissue types and morphologic changes. Hematoxylin has deep blue to purple color and stain nuclei of the cells, against pink background counterstained by Eosin. Our HE Stain Kit contains Harris Hematoxylin Solution 500 mL (Cat.#H08-500R) and Eosin Y Solution 500 mL (Cat.#EY07-500R) in light protected bottle. Our H&E formulation stains tissue more darker and better color differentiation compare with other company’s product. We are also have small HE stain kit (Cat.# HE09-40R) contain 20 mL HE solution in adjustable dropping bottles. DETAILS Use: Required for general cytology or immunohistochemistry (IHC) counterstaining. Hazards: Harmless-use normal precautions.
