Please I want a fast answer!!!** A: I had the same problem, the machine would not even power up, I sent mine back but I was never given my money back! **Q: what is the differance between the 2 snowcone ice machines,between the srm-702 and the 50's series** A: I’ve had several of these and similar designs. Had to exchange one because of blade alignment. I couldn’t find the 50’s series mentioned to see if I had owned that one as well (did have one like the RSM but it was decorated with coca-cola design). Have had some issues with some and others worked perfect. Current one I own works great and use it often to make snowcones for the grands. **Q: Mines only makes noise when plug like something wrong** A: Not sure what the noise could be.
