Excellent tutorial and inspiration!
I ordered inks through Etsy, but wasn't quite certain where to jump off. I searched a number of books online and found this to have the most clear, informative text. I was so happy to find I made a great choice when I received it. I am overwhelmed at the possibilities and loving all of the creative avenues to explore!

Must Have!
This book is filled with information about natural dyeing. I have quite a few books on the subject, and this is one of my favourites. Not only is there an abundance of gorgeous photos and information about conventional immersion dyeing, there is also a ton more about printing with dyes, how to work with indigo vats, how to make drawing ink, how to bundle dye, resist dye, hapazome, etc. There are great projects at the back to put your dyeing knowledge to good use, aprons, sleep masks, gift tags. You name it. I love this book so much and i appreciate all the hard work that went into it. Definitely one to put on your shelf.

Early review
Admittedly I have not read this book from cover to cover. I had found it to be enlightening until I hit the section on dying animal fiber, sheep wool, alpaca et al. This author couldn't be more wrong on the process if she tried. I have been a spinner, weaver, knitter for decades and she has no clue how to dye animal fiber. I will read the remainder of this book with a less secure opinion of what she says is accurate. Very disappointing.

Precioso libro
