In other words when iron is off is the lite suppose to keep blinking.** A: No, mine only blinks while it is heating up until it gets to the desired temp. I turned mine on and waited for it to shut off automatically so I could check to see if it blinks until it is cooled down, and it doesn't. **Q: Is the sole plate Ceramic? I don’t understand what material duration is?** A: I'm not entirely sure if it's a combination of ceramic and some other material but it's fantastic and you will love it.
