what is the difference between power and manual blades?

Power blade has an extra single blade on the back for trimming. Also glide strips are different. May also be different angle blades.

How do I use the coupon that comes with the blades?

I think you can only use coupons at local retailers. I don't think amazon accepts retailer coupons

Can I use proglide manual or power cartridges with a manual or power regular fusion handle?

The cartridges work on all Fusion handles.
