I chatted them my old phone non-SIM card MEID (Droid X2 that became obsolete January 1st since it can't support VoLTE), my new phone MEID and the SIM card number and within three minutes my account was transferred to my new phone/card (iPhone 6; my other phones are an LG V40 and iPhone 8) and I had service. Item was exactly as described and I was able to activate Page Plus service for free by calling Page Plus directly. No issues whatsoever. A couple of things to keep in mind: - The package instructs you to insert the SIM card and then initiate activation but Page Plus agent advised me to turn the phone off and remove the card prior to activation, then insert the card and turn the phone back on after he completed activation on his end. - Activation for both of my iPhones took a few minutes to go through. The agent will stay on the phone with you until the phone is fully functional but if you lose patience and complain they will tell you to power cycle the phone, this takes time and is generally unnecessary. Don't waste your money or time like I did. I was having trouble making and receiving calls. I could send and receive text fine, but not calls. Technical Support said it was in my phone and that my signal strength was too weak. I went through 3 phones, and several, several hours on the phone with no progress. I finely got to talk to a head tech and about 10 minutes later he ask me if my sim card had a logo on it. It didn't. He ask where I purchased it and I told him. He put me back on hold for a couple minutes and came back and told me I needed a PagePlus sim card.
