Love this dried ginger
These have a fantastic aroma and pair well with dried elderberries for elderberry syrup. Excellent value for the quantity received.

Strong, in the best way!
Delicious! I am keeping mine in the freezer to preserve it as I don't use a lot all at once. This provides strong flavor, so use a little less than your recipe might call for - you can always add more. It looks ... well, it looks a bit ugly, but it will cook down into your food, so you won't see it, no worries! I have not made tea with it, I am using it for cooking and am delighted with the flavor!

Ginger Tea, Excellent!

I don't make tea every day but when I do I add some to it. I don't notice the taste much but I think the ginger is helping calm my stomach.
