The cable was old, and the rip cords were useless. They would break after an inch or less. The first location took me 1.5 hours just to remove the sheath with a utility knife! Then I got one of these. It took some some time to figure out the right blade depth, but once I had that right I was removing sheath and armor in 5-10 minutes! After 10 locations of very tough sheath and armor, I’m still using the first blade.
