Better to have Spare fuses than freeze to death, right? FYI: these are Type S, which means Slow-Blow. A furnace motor can pull quite a bit more than usual as it starts up. These Slow-Blow fuses can handle that extra temporary load without blowing. But somehow, they will blow to protect the wiring & prevent a fire if the load is big for several seconds, or something like that.
