Review: Product is great BUT manufacturer sizing is incorrect - Manufacturer recommendation is medium for shoe size 9. Initially we bought a medium for shoe size 9 and it was too tight and could not be used. Subsequently we bought a large size which fit well and works well. Maybe if you have narrow feet, the manufacturer recommendation may be right. However if you have broad feet, then you may need to buy the next size. The product is non returnable. The product works great.

Manufacturer recommendation is medium for shoe size 9. Initially we bought a medium for shoe size 9 and it was too tight and could not be used. Subsequently we bought a large size which fit well and works well. Maybe if you have narrow feet, the manufacturer recommendation may be right. However if you have broad feet, then you may need to buy the next size. The product is non returnable. The product works great.
