does the foam dry quickly?

It does dry faster than the liquid. From
my experience the unscented liquid extra
strength works the best, and the foam
is for maintainence usage. However if you want best results don’t buy the foam. The unscented extra strength works better on the scalp than the foam. After you get the desired hair back, then use the foam to maintain the treatment. You don’t have to use the liquid everyday.

One thing a lot of people don’t mention is SHEDDING. If you are considering using 5% and you are a woman and your doctor said it’s all good, research shedding and minoxidil. 
I would imagine the side effects of how much hair you lose in the first 2-4 weeks would be less with the 2%. Women with longer hair probably don’t want to lose a ton of hair in order to grow a whole new head of hair so something to consider. Because the shedding can be pretty extreme as a woman using the 5%... which is actually a sign it’s working

I’ve used it regularly on the front part as a woman. It works well. As a medical provider I suspect that the company prints not for use in front to decrease their liability if in the future accidentally getting it in your eyes is discovered to cause a problem. This way they can avoid law suits by instructing people not to use it there (though tons of people do…and the company knows that). “We instructed you to not use it there.”

I’ve seen this sort of strategic use instructions on many many heath and beauty items. Anything to even potentially spare a possible law suit in the future.
