These salts are amazing. IT saves me from dehydration. I have to drive long distance once a month, an I always take 5-6 packets, and put them in my bottle. Sometimes only 3/4 sachet, as it tastes very sweet. But there is NO SUGAR. I just ordered a whole box for my mom.

I absolutely love these electrolyte packets from LMNT! I’m currently breastfeeding and drink water all day long, but I still felt like I was constantly thirsty and never truly hydrated. LMNT has quickly become my favorite electrolyte drink mix. Doesn't prevent POTS but it helps to reduce its side effects both before and after episodes. Highly recommend. Also tastes great and have now ordered the larger 4 box bundles.

The raspberry one is THE best! But honestly they’re all good. Hydrate quickly and are way healthier for you than liquid iv. I’m a lifetime buyer now that I’ve tried these. 10/10

Pretty darn salty. I know that is the point and it is in the name of the flavor, but wow! I need to mix them a little less concentrated. Good flavor overall.

I am a convert! I appreciate the ability to test out different flavors with this pack (although I'm still a die-hard fan of the grapefruit) My only complaint is cost, LMNT is not cheap but it does the trick and is a wonderful water addition, esp in the hotter weather and for those of us who love a good sauna session.

I think the LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes are the best ones out there! We purchased these to add to hangover bags for a bachelorette party but I use these in my regular life. The flavors are superior and taste great, the powder is not too clumpy and is easy to stir in and dissolve. I find that I can feel the difference in my well being and energy levels when I use this especially if I am hungover, have been working out or have not had the chance to properly hydrate.
