These iron supplements are fantastic. Little capsules filled with energy beads. I've had noticeable uplift in energy since I started them. Also they have no impact on my bowels. I take them after food, steering clear of caffeine for an hour either side. They also contain all the folic acid and vitamin b12 I need. As a female veggie this is perfect. Much gentle than other iron supplements, no side effects noticed. Easy to swallow, about the size of a paracetamol capsule. Fully coated so no noticeable taste or smell like you get with uncoated iron tablets. A forever daily supplement for me, and significantly cheaper than many on the market.

I have to be honest - the taste is absolutely horrific but I’ve persevered with it as I’ve found the liquid to be working for me, thankfully no side effects unlike iron tablets so it definitely is gentle as it states. I’ve just finished my first bottle and have-ordered another but as a 26 year old female who’s struggling with hair loss and gets tired more easily due to no longer having a thyroid, I sometimes fall short with iron, folate and vitamin d regardless of having a good diet but I highly recommend it. You’ll totally disregard the taste when you notice the difference in your energy levels (I noticed within 3 days) I can’t comment on whether it’s had any effects on my hair or not my nails look good, I’m not as cold and my overall energy has 100% improved, it’s made a difference to the time of the month also but if you’re contemplating buying it due to reviews about the taste, ignore it and go for it. I feel brand new through taking this

I've been happy with these iron supplement capsules. They're easy to swallow, gentle on my stomach, and have helped support my daily iron intake. A good quality supplement that I'd happily buy again.

Wanted a supplement that would address the deficiency without the digestive side effects that iron supplements are notorious for, which steered me toward a gentle formula like this one over higher dose options. On the digestive side it largely delivers. No significant nausea, cramping or the constipation that makes some iron supplements genuinely difficult to tolerate daily. For anyone who has tried and abandoned iron supplementation in the past because of stomach issues this is a meaningful difference and worth factoring into the decision. Taken with food as directed and it sits comfortably. The results are where it becomes more measured. After around six to eight weeks of consistent daily use the fatigue had improved somewhat but not dramatically. Energy levels felt slightly more stable but nothing that constituted a noticeable turnaround. It's difficult to know how much of that is the supplement, dietary changes made around the same time or simply natural variation, but the improvement felt modest relative to what the packaging implies. The dose is on the lower side compared to prescription iron or higher strength supplements, which likely explains both the gentleness and the moderate results. For mild deficiency or maintenance it may be sufficient. For anyone with significantly low ferritin levels or diagnosed anaemia it probably isn't strong enough to make a meaningful difference on its own and a conversation with a GP about prescription alternatives would be worth having. Reasonable as a gentle daily supplement for mild cases. Just don't expect a dramatic turnaround if the deficiency is more significant.

I am very pleased with this Organic Feroglobin Liquid. The taste is pleasant and much easier to take than iron tablets, which is a big plus. It feels gentle on the stomach, and I like that it includes vitamins as well as iron. I’ve noticed an improvement in my energy level and less tiredness since using it consistently. The 500ml bottle is a good size and lasts a while, especially when taking the recommended daily amount. Overall, this is a convenient and effective way to support iron levels, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
