However, after about a week, once your stomach adjusts, you felt lighter and more cleansed.”If the tea gives you bad diarrhea on the first day, take a break for a day or two, then try drinking it again until your stomach gets used to it. I’ve been buying this tea for more than a year, and I highly recommend it.

Very good
It works if you have metabolism problem. It causes strong cramps if you keep the tea bag for long time. You absolutely need to go to the toilet when it works. It works after 8-10 hours. I use it when needed as I have a slow metabolism. It cleans the intestines well. Very good for weight loss with diet and medium exercise.
