I am ordering another to keep on the shelf and delivery was fast. I am vision impaired having progressive lenses and struggle to use fixed sights. I took a chance and bought this inxepensive sight for my Ruger 10/22 rifle. Having very expensive optics for other firearms I own; I remain surprised by the very good quality and design and super lite weight. Its aluminum! It came with easy to read instal instructions that I did not need. Fasteners, tools and batteries are included - it took less than five minutes to install on my picatinny rail. It has a large clear glass window viewer with size adjustable green or red dot optic. Using the included adjustment tool I was able to Zero the sight as well as the red laser in ten shots. The set distance for Zero is up to you but with both eyes open, no head or eye adjustment needed; me and my range buddies accurately acquired the target for the next five hundred rounds. We intentionally bumped the Reflex Sight but it held Zero! I use the optics green for the day and red for night. After I had my issue they kindly contacted me and tried to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately in my case I had already returned the scope a few weeks ago so it was not needed. Like I had mentioned previously, I feel this would be a fantastic scope for something that doesn’t have such a harsh recoil as 3.5” 000 Buckshot. For my next rifle I will be ordering this and I know it will work very well. At first I was in love with the scope and laser. Being very new to this sport I was unsure what to expect. The laser seemed to be very strong and the red/green sights worked amazing when testing at home. The problem happened when I went to use it in real world applications. The laser is barely visible last 20 yards in bright sunlight. It is totally invisible at 50 yards plus so don’t think it’s very useful during the day. At night the laser is amazing and will shine way past the range of my shotgun. The other major major problem and the reason I returned the scope was that the green sights stopped working only after 40-50 shots. The red still works but I lost the green. Also the laser would work intermittently after about 100 shots or so. I’m guessing that’s because of the severe recoil from a 000 3.5” buckshot from my mossberg 835. The recoil is to strong for this scope and it didn’t last more than 30 minutes. For a rifle or something without much of a recoil it could be very affective. In my case it wasn’t suitable for the purpose.
