Both arrived and were installed. One works great...very quiet and does a good job. The other does not work. The outside unit has a problem. The fan has never kicked on and after turning the inside unit on it begins flashing F1 error code after less than 2 minutes. I've contacted the company for warranty service and they are in no rush to take care of it. I have to register the unit before warranty claims can be made but their system wont even let me register it. If you buy this and it has issues you could be in for a long fight to get it resolved.Update: after 2 more weeks with a non functional unit and several attempts to contact the seller (seller only responds when Amazon contacts them) I've had to escalate to Amazon buyer protection. While this product appears to be a DIY product, the warranty requires it be installed by a HVAC contractor (you'll find this out if you need warranty service). I am a licensed general contractor and have years of experience with different types of home improvement but do not qualify to install this 'DIY' product and maintain the warranty. The seller is willing to 'do me the favor' of allowing me to purchase an additional unit and have the defective one shipped back (at my expense) at which time they'll credit my card for the purchase price. Bottom line is, as a professional, I strongly recommend not buying this unit from this company. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great system, pay for pro installation.
