To install this without destroying your clockspring, I removed the backside gold grounding wheel (?) that contained the grounding wire for the horn button. This lets you keep the clockspring and all the annoying hassle with the horn wire. Cut the 3 wire plug, and spliced the horn wire longer to reach the new aftermarket horn button. Soldered a wire onto the horn button ground and connected it to the extended factory horn wire.
