I like the toaster because it bakes and also toasts very satisfactorily; make sure you read the small manual thoroughly! It is a bit cumbersome and difficult to read the light colorings ( weak white color instead of bold white) on the two dials. It has a tray and a toaster rack, but only 2 positions are allowed - 1 close to the top heating coil and one closer to the bottom coil. For toasting, the top position is too close to the coil and can burn (if not closely watched) and too far from the lower coil to toast well. To correct this, move the toasting rack to the low position, place the item on it, turn "toasting" on and the item will be correctly done. Baking is easier - just place the pan on the sheet, turn on "bake" (without upper heat) and set the timer. This Toaster-Oven works very well, but it is very differently arranged from our regular toaster/ovens.

I have read the reviews talking about there not being an off knob and that is just silly. The timer switch is there to make sure it is not left on after use. It is a safety feature. This is a great toaster oven for the money.

A good option when not needing the size of a conventional oven, but it does not work well as a toaster...uneven toasting.

Works perfectly

This is so poorly made. You get what you pay for! I was trying to get just a plain toaster oven without many features at a reasonable price but this was no bargain! The door does not close well. You can't read the dial on either one of them and the tray does not slide in easily.

Dials hard to see. Use it mistletoe for toasting
