This product is applied directly inside and I have found wonderful results by just following the instructions. My doctor was going to put me on RX strength estrogen crΓ¨me and of course this has cancer warnings. This product is definitely worth the money.. ### ⭐ Oh..the burn! *by T***Y on May 11, 2017* I had such hopes that this product was going to be just the thing for my post menopausal atrophy but sadly, it was not.5/9/17, I applied it as suggested and within seconds I started to get a warm feeling where it was applied. As seconds went by, it got worse and worse until after about 10 seconds, it stopped getting warmer. Things seemed fine for about 15-20 mins then the burn started. OH THE BURN...I waited for about 30-40 mins to see if it would pass but no, it was stinging and burning and I washed it off. Sadly, I was in pain for the next 24 hours and finally it's subsiding after I used Aloe Vera Gel on the area. Today (5/11/17) the pain is about 30% still.I suspect it is the Phenoxyethonal. I looked it up and found many references to it being a skin irritant and can cause contact dermatitis. Here is just one reference I found: (From Truth in Aging website..though many many pages also came up about it) "Studies have shown that Phenoxyethanol can be an extreme irritant to the eyes and skin, and can even cause blistering; it is hazardous in the case of ingestion and inhalation as well." ### ⭐⭐⭐ Arrived quickly.
