I cant really say it saved me because I keep good habits while surfing the internet but it does block some malicious ad sites. Purchased for 290Rs (some offer) sometime in March 2020 and I got the product key through email in just 20 min, I'm happy that nothing went wrong in that. I really like the feature of protected browser, which we can switch to from normal browser without losing the website session constructs of normal browser and continue . It uses 80 - 110 mb of RAM in idle (windows defender takes 150mb atleast), and while adding new files or downloading/ using flash drive slightly more but it doesnt feel laggy at all, in fact my pc feels the same as before. The reason why I was concerned is that my processor is slightly old and only a dual core, unlike bitdefender which takes quite more ram and is priced way higher. Since I compile code for my projects it has false triggered my generated exe files as a virus once but no issues since then.
