Great system for automatic watering the garden. Much quieter than older versions from the same company. Easy to set up with clear instructions

This item does does not function and I am finding absolutely impossible to return! It is over 35 minutes drive to the nearest drop off point or to be in for it to be collected. We both work full time so we are not able to stay in for collection. We have been able to give a small window for collection (due to appointments) although this hasn’t been accepted. I seem to be going around in circles. I have advised I can leave outside where you leave all my package’s although this is somehow unacceptable.

Really good redesign. So much quieter than the original. The detachable bracket for fixing, the easily accessible controller and the capacity to add a second pump just add value. There are other features, but I’ve not futzed with them yet. Just bought second unit for Mum’s garden. Did I mention it is soooooo much quieter, kept checking it was actually on, the neighbour annoying noise guilt has dropped proportionally.

Was this product really made in the UK? The instructions are absolutely terrible. The product is equally as bad. Who tries to control a device using a single button when the minimum requirement is probably 3. The first thing you have to do is just run the thing for several hours to drain the batteries... WHAT?

Cant get it to work. Instructions are poorly written. Phones support 5 days ago, think it was a messaging service. Emailed support 3 days ago. No response from either. Back in the box it goes off for a refund.
