DO NOT BUY!
DO NOT PURCHASE. It shouldn't take 20-30 minutes to open programs. This has got to be the slowest computer I've ever used. Slow to turn on. Slow to open programs. Slow to install programs. Just slow. The worst purchases I've ever made. Update 6/2/26: I hate this computer so much.

Speed or cost affective.
You will need to add more memory. If you don’t just keep waiting google will show up in a few minutes.

Refurbished maybe not the way to go
Had higher hopes for this. Takes about 20 minutes for basic apps to open up like chrome. It’s not an internet problem because it is on any apps, not just something connected to the internet.

Wrong technical spec detail - don't get fooled.
Please note that, as of 16 March 2026, the technical specs claim the video output as "HDMI" and the pictures show the 2 slots as "Display Port". I ordered a regular HDMI cable assuming Display Port was a verbal description of the 2 ports. WRONG!!! There actually is a Display Port HDMI type cable.

Windows 11 pre installed
It's so good if you know what you're buying. So do your research. You'll need a couple of things to complete the setup. A regular HDMI wire isn't going to work. You need a monitor or a smart tv. Because it comes with a hard drive with windows 11 it's a great deal.

Very slow to actually load and open any page ! Not worth it

No HDMI port despite description
Description says it has an HDMI port but it only comes with a display port. Unable to see if it works until I order and receive an adapter
