But as a mid-size woman with a large chest, it's very tight in the chest area. Plus, the jacket is quite a bit shorter than I'd like. It's also got a bit of a boxy shape that I don't love. Also disappointing it doesn't come with the back pad, but must be bought separately. Suggestion to REV'it - make the adjustable velcro tabs on the back at the waist That's where ladies like the cinch not at the hips where we're already naturally fuller.
