## Questions & Answers

**Q: How often do you change the water?**
A: It is recommended that the water be replaced with fresh water annually. But from personally experience, I have left the original water in the pillow for over 2 years without issues. Then again, the water where I live is chlorinated. I recommend if your on well water or non-chlorinated water supply, I would advise to replace annually.

**Q: Is there a zipper so that you can add / remove the fiber filling if youd like? Most pillows are stuffed too much for my preference.**
A: No there is no zipper. It’s actually the just right amount of filling. I myself like fluffy pillows that are adjustable. The water level is the deciding factor. I adjust it according to my needs.  It’s very comfortable and easy to maintain.

**Q: Can you sleep directly on the water side? I use a hot water bottle filled with cold water to help with hot flashes. Will this work?**
A: You can sleep on either side, the back has the opening for adding water and it is flush. I don’t think it will keep you as cool, and will probably be too much hassle to refill with cold water every time. Ouh you could use ice cubes?

**Q: No instructions came with this. How much water do you need to add?**
A: You fill the pillow to your confort plus a small amount of bleach to keep the  water fresh.  But they can leak easily.  So do not drop of rough house them.
