This is a great knife. It is very comfortable to use and very easy. This is our second one and it does work-related if you are going to use it at lot. I would recommend this knife to anyone.

Works amazingly! If anything it works too well on plastic and u have to make sure you pass the knife through quick enough that melting doesn’t build up. This thing has already paid for itself in terms of time savings

Item did not work as advertised showing it cutting through various materials. I purchased this for my hobby uses. Contacted seller was approved for return but no label was sent within time period. Working through Amazon to resolve my issues with seller and product. My problem with product is it will cut paper and thin items very slowly and heats up dramatically. Just didn’t perform as it does in videos. Waste of time with item and seller.

Great item, glad i finally picked up an ultrasonic cutter. I watched a few reviews on this one that convinced me plus the price is right. Reviews were right, this one is lighter and slimmer so it is easy to hold in your hand. Great product!

It melts plastic - doesn’t cut plastic. Opened th box and plugged it in. There is some kind of “bar” over the display that blocks half of the second digit. Figured I would see if it works to decode whether I want a replacement that was assembled correctly. I found out that it doesn’t cut, only melts through plastic prints. It’s basically a soldering iron with a razor blade. Not spending $165 for that…

Using it to cut delicate 3d resin printed parts. Nothing is breaking!! Great tool!

I was a little sceptical of this mainly due to the price also but I have to say I am very impressed and happy with this purchase. It does work great for doing fine accurate cuts.

This is a game changer for me, there are so many uses this has in the models I build, lamps that I make and projects I have. It is genuinely very good. My dogs are not too happy with the ultrasound though 😆

This item is very usefull I have used it to modify 3d resin prints cutting them apart with no dust and effort as you would say like a hot knife through butter

Ordered and was dispatched from China so took 2 weeks to arrive but didn’t work so requested a return and ordered another one. The second arrived the next day but also didn’t work, just got hot. Second one is being returned and I won’t order another.

A good product but must be used in short bursts to avoid over heating.
