Will it fit an ambassador howard miller clock?

I can only say that most furniture manufacturers used the same key. I bought it, and found out that the key for my Drop Lid Secretary Desk worked in my Howard Miller Clock . I spent $90.00 for a clock repairman to give me a new key, and then I found out that the desk key worked. If you remember the shape of the old key, this one looks like a backward "L" Hope this gives you some insight. I remember how hard it was to have he clock and not to be able to open the door to pull the chains to keep it working.

Other dimensions? I need a barrel O.D. between 0.190 and 0.240, a min. flag height of 0.2 and min. length ~0.22.

The outside Diameter of the barrel is .2 the inside is .14, the flag is .19 height and .197 length. exact measurements may very.

I have model A451-002, I think by Talley. Will this key fit the door? WRM

Grandfather clock door keys are not universal. Not enough information in the question to know the clock and the key needed. I suggest that she purchase a new set of lock and matching key to repelace the lock already on the clock case.
