This item, while not the same model worked flawlessly out of the box and also was able to charge. The issue i had with the previous model is that it simply would not take a charge. The seller was thorough enough to have someone at warehouse check that the replacement item was working before shipping out. The only reason this does not get 5 stars is because the battery life is very short. The charge lasts about maybe 5-6 minutes of sustained usage before it has to recharge. Still lots of fun though. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Junk. Item does not charge. Seller sent a replacement item with the same issue. The item flew for about 3 minutes and needed to charge.
