Why does a syringe and some ballons cost so much..

The Novoglan Gentle Foreskin Stretcher is a regulated medical device and all components are manufactured in TGA/FDA approved facilities to the highest standards. The assembly and packaging is also undertaken in a medical grade facility. The cost to advertise and market each kit is approximately 50% of the price.
