KabelDirekt – Network Cable 5Gbps – 5x75ft, Silver

I've been using the KabelDirekt 100ft network cable since today since it just got delivered today, and it's been fantastic. I have optic internet connection now, and I was looking for a cable that could handle the high speeds without any issues. This Cat6 cable has lived up to the promise, delivering a fast and stable connection to my PC. The 100-foot length was perfect for running the cable from my living room to my gaming room which is at the end of my house. Despite its length, I haven't noticed any signal degradation or drop in speed. The build quality feels very solid and durable, and the RJ45 connectors are secure and have a nice, protected locking tab. The cable itself is also surprisingly flexible, which made routing it around corners and through cable management a lot easier than I expected. Whether I'm gaming, streaming 4K content, or just doing some heavy-duty browsing, this cable ensures my internet speed is maximized. It's a great value for the price and has definitely improved my overall network performance. Highly recommended for anyone with a gigabit or multi-gigabit internet plan! With a 400 Mbps internet plan, this cable's 5Gbps capability, while overkill, has noticeably boosted my connection. It's a significant upgrade compared to the Ethernet cable Spectrum offers. If Spectrum includes a cable, I highly recommend replacing it. I believe I was experiencing a slowdown before upgrading. The old cable might have been the problem, but regardless, my computer's Ethernet connection now delivers much better network performance. Although I could use a Wi-Fi adapter, I prefer the Ethernet cable for optimal speed.

(REVIEW ON THE 75FT ONE, and made by someone with a some what "medium" amount of understanding) It's alright for things like TV's and media devices but for games its lacking for its latency. It does have a decent download network speed though. Unless your comfortable with a rare low of 60 and average of about 80-110 ping, I suggest getting a pricier cord (cat 6-7+). and you may think I'm not accounting for the length of the cord, it's very nice for a lengthy cord however it's not the best, that's for sure. Also some may blame my issue on my wifi router itself, and to that I reply that with my shorter ethernet cables it's great (average 30 or less ping with faster download speed) however I have my pc in my room so I can't use it. I'll give it a good score anyways because for a 75ft long cord it's nice, however in the end its just not comparable to some other brands with around the same price point (cost around 3$+) and it is more worth it to just spend the extra few bucks. So in the end around a 3.5 star. HOWEVER!!! IF your just using this 75Ft monster-of-a cord for things like youtube, netflix, hulu, or just media in general, it's a pretty decent purchase. Edit: turns out, my internet router was having issues that day, it works perfectly and I average 36 ping (for those who have no idea what that means, it's extremely good and basically no lag at all) in every game I play, and I get as much as 460+mbps download speed. New score: 5 stars

Decent cable. Had to return the first one but the second is really nice.

Wasn't really expecting much considering the price, but I was wanting to reduce the amount of devices I had on WiFi, and get better speeds out of most of my equipment since I had upgraded to gigabit internet. Didn't have the time or cash to have it wired professionally, or to buy bulk materials to do it myself. I just wanted it quick, and effective, and aesthetics had to take the hit. Ordered a pack of 5 100' cat 6 cables, and while kind of generic looking to be sure, they do work. Cables are thick, and obviously hefty. The RJ45 connectors look to be put on well enough. The main thing is that I have between 925 to 990 MBPS coming in from my fiber connection to the ISP, and everything hooked into the home network or high speed hubs I have runs at those speeds, most of the time. I do have occasional dips in speed, but that is not due to the cables, since they have all shown they can pass along those speeds, and my testing shows that the speed variations are from the ISP side of things, not a fault in the home network. So, bottom line is; I'm positive that you can buy better cables, but unless you need better than gigabit speeds, and these could PROBABLY do better than that, if I had better than that, I have no way to tell, then aside from buying cable to potentially guarantee future compatibility with 10 Gig+ speeds, then you are just throwing money at having fancy cables for nothing. The only downside I have for the package deal I got, is that they only sold a batch of 5 100 foot cables. I would have been very happy to have been able to get 2 or 3 100's, and then a mix of 50', and 25' cables for another $10 or so. Are you listening Cables Direct? Anyway, I will update this if there is anything worthy of reporting, but as it stands, I can recommend Cables Direct as a good outfit to do business with.

Dovevo far passare il cavo dentro una presa a muro insieme ad altri cavi già presenti, inclusi cavi elettrici, quindi avevo bisogno di un prodotto ben schermato. Dopo l’installazione posso dire che funziona perfettamente: la schermatura protegge bene il segnale e non ho notato interferenze o perdite di connessione, anche passando vicino ad altri cavi. Il cavo sembra molto robusto e ben costruito, con connettori solidi e materiali di buona qualità. Un altro aspetto positivo è che non ha nessun odore di plastica, cosa che avevo letto in alcune recensioni ma che nel mio caso non si è verificata.
