It is very nice quality and has a nice lining fabric which appears to be neoprene. I love that it has two handles to grab because my dog pulls very badly and he is extremely strong. The handle that is closer to the dog allows me to widen my leg stance and dig in so he’s closer to my center of gravity and can’t pull me forward as easily. It’s a well made strong leash and it’s holding up well.
