Stopping power is not as good as the ones I replaced. Probably because these Textar pads were about 20-25% smaller in surface area. I'll take these off and replace with better pads next weeks. $70 wasted. When I received it and removed both wheels and one of the brake calipers and the old brake pads I realized, that these Textar pads are much smaller size and the shape also doesn't fit. So, I can't believe that it could be a fit. Beware, and check by manufacturer part number which one is the right fit for you if you have Saab 9-5 and don't trust the product description or the "Make sure it fits!". Anyway, the brake pads should be ok, but the description is misleading, and it can make you to waste your time, that's why I give 3 start only. Update: I attached an image comparing the original and this one, the differences are clearly visible. Update: Ok, I think I know the reason of the confusion. This one is a rear break pad that fits certain MY1999 Saab 9-5. I did some research and noticed that Saab changed the specification and parts of the rear break during the manufacturing. In a certain VIN number range this pads are ok for the rear breaks, for another series they are completely different. The problem is that the description doesn't contain any information about it and also it doesn't mention that it's a rear pad.
