This is a basic wax Warner but it’s a good product. Yes... it takes a while to warm... but if you are patient this works wonders.

This system comes with nothing. No waxing. No way to use it and no cord to heat up the wax once I ordered it.

I purchased 3 of these from different "brands" on Amazon. They are the very same no-name units with a label on bottom saying "Model RH004". I see a lot of bad reviews from people who don't seem to understand how this is supposed to work. The heater is not thermostatically controlled so it is normal that it heats slowly until it reaches a thermal balance. The roll is not heated and one should keep the cap on during the preheat phase otherwise the roll will be cold and hard to roll-on. It is a good idea to keep the unit on its side in-between applications so that the wax stays in contact with the roll to keep it warm. It is a great way to wax if you use common sense. Now some bad news: Unsurprisingly there are QC problems. Some units heat up well some not. Out of the 3 that I purchased 2 of them only heat up to about 75C while one heats to 95C. Maybe some waxes are ok with 75 but I found those unusable for my cartridges. Shop with care! After a week, I reviewed the rating down one star because of the QC issues. I ended up returning all my units and chosing a different model with similar price but better temperature output. Thanks Amazon for free returns.

It does take a long time to warm up, otherwise it works great and mess free.

Unfortunately I kept it little longer without giving it a try and had passed the return window. I had a similar machine before and it worked perfectly fine but at one point I spilled some wax so thought of getting a new one. This one was very disappointing it does get warm but not enough to warm up the wax. I had it on for more than an hour since I had used one earlier I knew it’s takes some time to warm the wax but this one is not at all good just doesn’t do the job.

I had to wait more than 1 hour to heat up the wax, and it wasn't perfectly melted. I had one that was perfectly working with 240V, So I don't know if it's because this one's working with 110V, I don't know if the voltage difference has an effect on the heating process, but it's the only difference that I've noticed between the two.

takes a long time to heat up - almost 30mins. but works like a charm. careful at first as there is no temperature setting so it can get quite hot. i find this approach less messy than the melting pot and spatula for legs and arms. i don't recommend this for underarms as the temperature is not in your control. Personally i opt for hard wax for underarms

Revieved the warmer without the roll-on cartridge but paid for everything! Now the warmer is of no use as I don't even have the cartridge!

Never buy this it’s not heating enough Wax

As I open the parcel see no seal over the box and part is missing. Can't use it without that part. Bad experience
