Work great
This works well. All I has to do was spray it on the limescale, leave for 10mins and rinse, I didn't have to scrub. I use it undiluted. However it's not the best with rust, little rusting might get remove but heavy ones will not.

Did well on Surrey hard water
The water in our area is so hard you can make bricks out of it. Product successfully tackled limescale in toilet bowl

No good for heavy buildup
Was only good for very thin build up, despite soaking for some time, followed instructions & 50% watered down. Acetic acid 20% same, will try citric acid next, as i know get the right product & it falls off with no effort once soaked / left

my go to now for lime scale remover
works for most scale but you may need to use a couple of times if the scale is very thick

With a little soaking and most importantly removing all water from the bowl and scrubbing this did a good job removing all limescale

Would have been nice to have had a nozzle for easyer application. But certainly does the job. I use it to remove scale from back of toilet
