They messaged me back that night and apologized for the mix up and they sent me the missing items right away. Then they checked back with me when the package was delivered to make sure I got it and if I needed any further assistance. So customer service 10/10 The mount was easy to install and set up. All you really need is a drill with a bit, a stud finder and a hammer. They send you everything else you need. The parts are quality not cheap in my opinion. I even got a few extra screws and drywall anchors. Following the instructions and a bit of planing out it only took me about 10 minutes to install the mount. The console fits into the mount securely and didn't budge. The holes in the back for the cables makes cable management easy. And overall I think it looks good.
