One of the handles that came with my Bowflex finally broke, and I wanted a sturdy replacement that would not break again in the future. These handles are well made and are fairly heavy, which is a good thing. These handles are great for doing certain specific exercises (i.e. Curls), but are more difficult for other Bowflex exercises. For example, if you would like to do flies or bench press on the Bowflex, you have to reach further behind you in order to reach these handles. This is not a problem for me, though, as I purchased another type of handles with longer reach for those particular workouts. TL;DR Great handles for use with Bowflex for most exercises.
