Aside from whatever great things it is doing for me every day and night as I sleep on it or wrap up in it the best part.....my dogs hair does not attach to it!!!!!! That is the biggest and best part for me! His hair usually trashes any kind of throw or blanket or shirt or coat..... The thought of his hair on my $150 throw was more than I could imagine. But not a one!!!!!! So far I have washed this 2 times and there has been a bit of shrinkage where the two different materials on each side are not matched but who cares!!!! And it is way big! I use it for a 3/4 sheet at night. The material is very comforting. Just love it!!!!UPDATE!! 8-28-15 The throw started to bite. Like having biting ants crawling on my legs! Then I remembered that I use dryer balls with essential oils and I forgot to take them out of the dryer. Washed it again and rinsed it twice and it did fine thru the night but today it is biting again!! I bought the tester and it is showing the green light off and on meaning it's not doing what it's supposed to be doing. I tried chat on the Earthing page but no one came to help me. So I sent a message to them. We will see if they stand by their products and have integrity!! Will post when I hear more!UPDATE: I got on their chat which took what felt like forever for anyone to answer. I almost missed when they finally answered my first remark. But 'Joy' was my chat person. She said that she would email me a UPS return slip so that I could send it back and get it exchanged. I thought that was good. We spoke about washing it and some issues. I decided UPS couldn't do anything over the weekend so I tried to do as she suggested and washed it in pure hot water. That seemed to do the trick. I am guessing that because I am all organic that the laundry soap I don't usually use but have for in case, had some kind of essential oil in it and that might have disturbed the steel in the blanket. (I HOPE!!!!).......Because Miss Joy never emailed me the UPS return thing so that I could return it AND I also emailed the company with my problem and have still not received any sort of answer yet. I'm not too thrilled with the customer service going with these very expensive products. While I love my throw I did spend like ??$300+ with the company and I would have expected better CS!!! I was hoping to get relief from arthritis in my knees as well as poor circulation. I have been using it over my legs while sitting on the couch watching TV (a few days a week) and using it over my legs while sleeping which has been every night. So far, the only thing I have noticed that I cannot attribute to other factors is I am sleeping much better...I'm not tossing and turning so much and I know I'm sleeping better because I have dreams that I can remember. The downside to my sleeping better is that my body isn't moving around so my knees get stiff from being in the same position, but that is not the fault of the throw, just an unfortunate side effect to sleeping better. I am confident that it is the Earthing Throw that is helping me sleep better because no other things have changed with me (stress, routine, diet, exercise, etc).I am 5' 6" and the throw easily covers my legs when I'm sitting on the couch or in bed. I find it to be a very nice size.I am not experiencing the tingling sensations like other users, but I do feel my legs getting warm although the throw does not get warm (this is not a heated blanket). It feels good to use after exercise when I'm sitting on the couch. But I don't know if that's psychological or not, to be honest.I'm hoping over time and with continued daily use I can see more benefits, especially with my arthritis. I'm short (5'3") and can't cover from neck over feet.
