There is one thing you should know. This book is a compilation of/based on research. This is not yet another book that talks about God, or salvation, or a classic babaji's talk about detachment etc. This book is about the similarities and some dissimilarities about different *volunteers'* experiences after clinical administration of DMT. This book, I felt, was a bit over narrative, but left me with questions and a dire urge to connect the volunteers' experiences with the Tibetan book of the dead, my own personal experiences and all. You will need to be patient, and have an open mind when you read this book. I had a strong urge to dismiss while at about 10% of the content.
