**Q: does this product contain sugar?**
A: I’m looking at the label as I write this. “Total sugar content 65g per 100g.”  Yes, sugar is the first ingredient of 6 (peach is the second) listed on the jar. But no, it does not taste particularly sweet.

**Q: Does baking the preserve affect the taste presence of the Prosecco? Has anyone tried it in baking?**
A: There is very little prosecco flavor in the preserves. Have not tried baking with this but it's lovely on ice cream.
