Best Amino Acid Blend
After searching far and wide I've found the best Amino Acid Blend. Most amino products just have 3 aminos, like a 4:1:1 ratio or similar. These have 12 different Aminos, and if you've done any homework then you know that more Aminos means more complete and faster recovery. I've also spilt powdered amino products in my gym bag and I really like that these come in capsules. The biggest benefit I feel when I use these is that instead of being terribly sore the next day, I feel stronger and more fresh so that I can exercise again if I am scheduled to. This helps me train more and feel better, so I look forward to the next session more. Super important when training for an event and you know you have more work to do after the workouts are finished, and you're supposed to be training again tomorrow too.

It actually works. Is not just a gimmic
I got this as a result of muscle tension/soreness for several days after long motos. I’ve never taken supplements or been a firm believer in them. After taking less than the recommended amount (2 capsules before Riding and directly after) muscle soreness is almost non existent and as if I didn’t even go to the track. It is a great product.

Incredible product
Avid cyclist here. The post ride gains from this product are 100% legit. After mountain bike rides > 20 miles of hard New England single track, as well as 3 hour + road rides, I have found the recovery from these capsules allows me to ride the following day with ease. Bottom line is muscle recovery is extremely fast. I highly recommend this product!

Gross odor
I have only had the pills for about a week so cannot speak to the efficacy. However, I will say that the odor of the pills is disgusting , like rotten food. Or worse. Totally gross

Works like magic
When taking this, I can destroy a muscle group (in a good way) to the point it'd normally take 3-5 days to recover and work it out again the next morning, zero pain. I'm not a big supplement person but this stuff is nothing short of amazing.

Works!
Seems to really help with recovery from intense workouts. I do boxing, weightlifting , rock climbing, basketball, volley-ball, hiking and swimming. Needless to say I need some help in recovery. This has allowed me to rebuild faster, which in turn allows me to play more! I’d definitely recommend.
