UPDATE 12/20/23: Since I had read this mustard was good as a sandwich spread, I decided to try it tonight on chicken sausages served on brat buns. I spread a good layer on the bottom side of the buns, and added fresh sliced tomato and onion. My husband and I both liked it very much. The flavor was good but not overwhelming, and it did not have a chunky texture as I expected. I will definitely be trying this mustard on more of our sandwiches.
